Aldana Almutairi, MS, LDN, CNS helps adolescents and adults use evidence-based nutrition therapy to support healthier eating habits, disease prevention, and overall well-being.
Aldana earned her master's in Nutrition for Health and Human Performance from the University of Miami after completing a bachelor's in Nutrition at the University of Leeds. She focuses on personalized nutrition therapy, behavior change, obesity care, mindfulness, and support around mood and eating disorders.
Aldana's approach is rooted in evidence-based care and helping clients make realistic, positive changes in their eating habits. Her interest in nutrition and community care is grounded in a desire to make a difference for people facing food and health inequities. She speaks English and Arabic and works with adolescents and adults.
