By accessing or using the website onenutrition.us, booking an appointment, or using any services provided by Optimal Nutrition Experts, LLC, DBA ONE Nutrition, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

ONE Nutrition provides telehealth nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy services through licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionists.

Services are provided in states where our dietitians are licensed and in compliance with applicable state and federal law. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone at our discretion.

Our services are not designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

The information and services provided are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a physician.

You must be at least 18 years of age to book services independently.

Minors may receive services only with the consent and participation of a parent or legal guardian, who must complete all intake agreements on their behalf.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your health as required for your care and for insurance billing purposes.

Providing false or incomplete information may affect the quality of your care and may result in financial liability.

All content on onenutrition.us, including text, graphics, logos, images, and educational materials, is the property of Optimal Nutrition Experts, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
